1. Who You Are Contracting With

Plantvita is a brand operated by Eaglehatch Lifetech LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in Maharashtra, India (LLPIN AAP-7287, GSTIN 27AAHFE8199B1Z7). That entity is the seller of every product listed on this website and the party you contract with. Registered office address: to be confirmed before launch.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, govern every order placed through https://www.plantvita.in.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We sell and deliver within India only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address, phone number and email address you give us.

3. Pricing & GST

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown as whole rupees.
• Prices are inclusive of GST at 18%. Nothing further is added at checkout.
• Nutraceutical products are invoiced under HSN 2106. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every order.
• Shipping is free on all orders. If that ever changes, any charge will be shown before you confirm the order.
• We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you placed it.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, including where:

• the product is out of stock;
• a price or product description was published in error;
• the delivery address is outside a serviceable pin code;
• we reasonably suspect fraud, resale without authorisation, or abuse of a promotion;
• a Cash on Delivery order is going to an address with a history of refused or undelivered parcels.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payment

We currently offer two ways to pay. There is no card payment gateway on this website, so no card details are ever entered here.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay the delivery agent in cash when the parcel arrives. There is no COD fee. Please have the exact amount ready. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels may lead us to withdraw COD for that address.
• Pay Later (UPI / bank transfer) — you place the order and we email you our payment details. Payment must reach us within 24 hours. Our team verifies the transfer manually and marks the order paid. Orders unpaid after 24 hours are cancelled and the stock released; no stock is held against an unpaid order, and nothing is charged to you automatically. Dispatch happens only after payment is confirmed.

Please pay only to the account details in an email sent from our own domain. We will never ask you to pay a different account, and we will never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP or card details.

6. Delivery

We ship to serviceable pin codes across India. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and typically delivered in 3 to 7 business days in metro cities and 5 to 14 business days elsewhere. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by couriers, holidays and weather. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. In short: you can cancel free of charge before dispatch; sealed packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery; opened food supplements and topical products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons unless they are damaged, defective or not what you ordered. Nothing in this clause affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Products, Labels & Use

• Our products are food supplements and topical cosmetics, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this website is medical advice.
• Always read the pack. Follow the stated daily serving and do not exceed it. A supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
• If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking prescription medication or managing a health condition, consult a qualified medical practitioner before use.
• Allergen and ingredient declarations are printed on every pack and are the authoritative source. Check them before use, and write to us first if you have a serious allergy.
• Product photography is indicative. Packaging, flavour and formulation may be updated; the pack you receive governs.

9. Accounts & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. You may not scrape the site, resell our products without written authorisation, misuse promotional codes, or interfere with the operation of the website. We may suspend or close an account that does.

10. Intellectual Property

The Plantvita name and logo, our product names, packaging, photography and website copy belong to Eaglehatch Lifetech LLP. You may not copy, republish or use them without our written permission. Unauthorised use may be actionable under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Copyright Act, 1957.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including our obligations under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first — most issues are settled in a single email. Disputes that cannot be resolved that way are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the seat of our registered office in Maharashtra, to be confirmed before launch.
