Strawberry Super Smoothie

With strawberries in season, this refreshing smoothie is a great way to get your daily dose of vitamins and protein naturally, rather than over-the-counter supplements. Besides, it’s hydrating, satiating and delicious — the best way to start your day!

 Perfect for: Breakfast, post-work out, snack

 What you’ll need:

  • 7 strawberries, chopped into chunks
  • Glass of soy milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop of PlantVita's unflavoured proteins
  • 1 date, pitted/ half banana (optional)

Simply blend it all up until smooth, and drink-up!
