Buttery garlic mushrooms with a flavor twist! The herb garlic butter sauce is so good, you’ll be serving these mushrooms with everything!

Here’s what you’ll need:
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 an onion chopped (optional)
- 500g PlantVita Cremini or Button Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. dry white wine (optional)
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper (as per taste)
Let’s get cooking:
- Heat butter & oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, saute the onion until softened
- Add mushrooms and cook until golden and crispy on the edges
- Pour the wine and cook for 2 minutes
- Add thyme, 1 tbsp. of parsley & garlic. Cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant
- Season generously with salt & pepper (to your taste)
- Sprinkle with remaining parsley & serve warm
