Coconut Baked Yogurt

Do you feel like you need some sugar without the indulgence of a slice of chocolate cake? Well, this baked coconut yogurt is simple, but definitely hits the spot for your sweet cravings.

Perfect for: Dessert, Snack 

Here's what you'll need: 

- 1 cup of coconut yogurt, strained 

- 1/2 cup coconut milk 

- 1/4 cup water 

-  1/4 cup honey/ maple syrup 

- Toppings of choice 

 

Let's get cooking: 

- Preheat the oven at 120 degrees celsius and take half a cup of the strained curd, whisk it until it's smooth. 

- Add the coconut milk and honey, whisk once again until well-combined 

- Transfer the mixture into individual ceramic moulds and place the moulds into a shallow tray, filled with  water up to 1 inch. 
- Place the tray in the oven and  bake it at 120 degrees celsius for 15-20 min, until the yogurt is set.
- Once it's set, leave it to cool on a rack and then refrigerate until it's ready to serve. 
- When serving, you can add any toppings of your choice, from fresh fruits, nuts or even a little chocolate.
